Strategy Development | Thailand
A decade-old refugee initiative in Thailand underwent a comprehensive strategy refresh and program redesign. The program was restructured through in-depth community analysis and stakeholder collaboration to address emerging challenges and unlock new opportunities. The revised approach, widely supported, has been successfully implemented, enhancing its impact.

New Business Development | MENA, Africa
Developed donor proposals and post-award documents for USAID and private foundations, covering M&E and Environmental compliance in MENA and Africa. Additionally, led staff capacity building in branding and crafted impactful capacity statements to enhance donor engagement in Sierra Leone. These efforts strengthened fundraising strategies, fostered donor relationships, and contributed to securing new project funding.
Management Systems Design and Implementation | Malawi
Designed and implemented an operational system for a network of five hospitals in Malawi. Developed in collaboration with key stakeholders, the system was tailored to local needs, with comprehensive documentation, staff training, and structured rollout. Now fully adopted, it is improving efficiency and strengthening healthcare delivery across the network.
Health Systems Strengthening | Africa
Designed and implemented a global HIV/AIDS program across 30+ countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on prevention, care, and treatment. Also developed supply chain systems for malaria and essential medicines to improve distribution and access. These efforts strengthened health systems, enhanced service delivery, and supported global HIV/AIDS response initiatives.
